Important Information:
It is important that this Kent County Council request is honoured: No food or drink may be consumed in the ceremony barn or its terrace one hour before or during the ceremony.
The music and alcohol license is until 11pm, after which you have half an hour to say goodbye.
Only guests who are staying onsite at the Weaver’s Cottages may remain on the farm later than 11.30pm.
Children
Children must be supervised at all times at this venue.
WiFi
Mobile signal on site is poor, but there is WiFi throughout the farm (password Guest100).
Confetti
If you are bringing confetti, please only bring real flower confetti.
Pets
The Oak Barn is at Frame Farm, which is a working sheep farm and so has a no pet policy.
Pond
There is a fenced, deep water pond and children may not enter this area unsupervised under any circumstances. Swimming is not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard between the Weaver’s Cottages and The Oak Barn, and on the Byre terrace. It is not permitted in the car park or any barns including the open-fronted Pole Barn. Please use the ashtrays provided.
Wheelchair accessibility
All ceremony and reception locations are accessible. Please let us know if you need a convenient parking space.
Parking
Parking is available in an on-site car park, but please car share where possible or arrange for local taxi or bus companies to do group collections and drop-offs (this will save on fares and help the environment). You are welcome to leave your car overnight but please make sure to collect it by 12pm the following day. Please park close to the other cars to allow space for later arrivals.
